Michael Annan – Chief Executive Officer

Michael Annan founded Private Truck Consultants in 1994 after nearly 30 years leasing industry experience, including P & L management with major truck leasing companies and finance leasing with large institutional lenders. In addition to gaining tremendous proprietary knowledge of the truck leasing business, he learned firsthand the cutting edge financing techniques necessary to reduce borrowing costs, and how to minimize maintenance and repair costs and other fleet operating expenses.

Since the inception of Private Truck Consultants, Annan has shared his expertise on a “no savings, no fee” basis with companies operating fleets from five to five hundred vehicles, resulting in his clients saving millions of dollars annually in fleet and lease costs.

Tim Hayes – Vice President, Supply Chain Practice

Tim Hayes joined Private Truck Consultants in 2003 and serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain Practice. He is responsible for supply chain operations consulting with expertise in warehousing distribution logistics and direct store distribution. Hayes brings over 25 years of management experience in food and food related business to the organization.

Hayes has held senior leadership in some of the world’s foremost food companies including Carnation, Nestle, Bon Gran Cheese, Alta Dena Dairy, and Starbucks Coffee. He has designed, built, and managed production lines, warehouses, and finished goods distribution facilities in both domestic and international markets. On several occasions he has held interim/transition roles as VP Operations in turnaround situations or as part of Merger and Acquisition Activities. Most recently, Hayes developed and managed the logistic function for Starbucks Coffee. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and is active in both the Council of Logistic Management and the Supply Chain Council.

Eileen Dukes – Vice President of Marketing

Eileen Dukes joined Private Truck Consultants in 2003 as the Vice President of Marketing. Dukes brings over eight years of marketing, business development, sales and negotiation experience from her long tenure at Autobytel, Inc., a publicly traded e-commerce automotive portal. Dukes was responsible for increasing revenue at Autobytel Inc. by millions during her four years as a Sales Director, and she was responsible for increasing customer acquisitions to Autobytel by 28.5% in a one-year term as the Director of Business Development. As the Vice President of Online Marketing, Dukes was responsible for overseeing over fifty integrated online relationships, OEM website advertising and strategic partnerships for the Autobytel Inc. brands. Dukes spearheaded several key e-commerce partnerships for Autobytel Inc., including AOL, Lycos, NBC, and Excite.com. Lastly, Dukes was instrumental in reducing overall marketing costs by 54%, which helped bring Autobytel Inc. to profitability in 2002.

Prior to joining Autobytel, Dukes spent four years as a Financial Analyst at ITT Cannon, working on Operating/Strategy Plans for fourteen European Units reporting to ITT Cannon HQ.

Robyn Webb – Vice President of Strategic Development

Robyn Webb joined Private Truck Consultants in 2001 as a Business Development Consultant, and now serves as the Vice President of Strategic Development. Webb holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Southern California and received her BA in Spanish at the University of California at Irvine. Webb brings 10 years of business development, marketing and negotiation experience from Johnson and Johnson and Parametric Technology Corporation.

Webb has helped several high profile organizations such as Sony, Parker Aerospace, NASA, Matsushita and several top Department of Defense contractors lower the cost of developing products by improving operational efficiencies and improving the ROI on existing and future investments.
